Small and lovely house in the historic center of Baunei. In the house has been maintained the ancient style and the typical Sardinian architecture. Located on 2 levels, on the ground floor there is the bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs there is kitchen - dining area. The house has been renovated and furnished in the Sardinian style: juniper beams, stone walls, niches in the walls as in the past, all enriched by Sardinian textiles: carpets, curtains, headboard local crafts and ceramics. It has TV and washing machine. All this makes the house very special and typical. It is located in the historic and renowned center of Baunei. The country has all main services: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, etc.. the sea is about 10 minutes drive to the coast of Pedra Longa and about 15 minutes to get to St. Maria Navarrese, the seaside village of Baunei. The house is a few kilometers away from the Golgo plateau, starting point for hiking, mountain biking, jeep or horseback to Goloritzè Cala, Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, Cala Mariolu and others.
