Do I have to pay a deposit in advance? How much is it and how can I pay?
Booking is confirmed upon the reception of your first payment equal to a 30% deposit of the whole lease price of the holiday booking via bank transfer. The coordinates are to be found in the personalized booking form sent to the client once an option is put on the holiday apartment.
Do photos always refer to the house?
Photos are truthful and always refer to the house in detail. If you choose an available apartment which is located in a complex of several similar apartments, the photos are actually a mix of all the apartments, not in detail to identify where you are going to stay. Is always specified when the complex has more apartments which are similar to each other even on different floors. The operator is always available for more details.
When do I pay the remaining total sum?
the balance must to be paid at the arrival in cash or alternatively we accept the balance in advance by bank transfer at least 14 days before arrival, with a faxed copy of the payment. The keys will be delivered only after the payment of the balance and the deposit of € 200.00 in cash. We don’t accept credit cards or bancomat.
Do I need to pay a caution deposit?
Yes you do! As stated in the general conditions, a deposit of € 200,00 must be paid in cash upon arrival against possible damages made during your stay. It will be returned on departure after the agency check, minus any necessary reductions due to damage
When will I get my deposit back?
The deposit will be returned at the end of the holiday, after the agency check, minus any necessary reductions due to damages. For departures prior to 8:00, the deposit will be returned via bank transfer, minus postage fees, possible damages and extra charges.
Can I pay by credit card?
No you can't, the payment must be made in cash.
Is the final cleaning included in the price?
No, the final cleaning is not included.
Can we clean our apartment?
No, each apartment is cleaned by a trained team which is be responsible for restoring, cleaning and preparing the apartment for the arrival of the next customer. On your departure day the apartment must be left in good condition and you should only provide an accurate cleaning of the kitchen corner.
This means that there should not be food left, dirty dishes, pots and pans encrusted. If you used the oven or barbecue, that should be cleaned too. The fridge should be empty and the garbage outside the home in order, especially since the Door to door waste collection. In case of client not adhering to this request, € 40.00 will be deducted from the damages deposit on check out apartment;
Does the rate include all utility costs, such as gas, water and electricity?
Rates include all these utility costs. What is not included is always specified, for example, the air conditioner usually has an extra cost.
Are bed linen & towels included in the price?
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental cost. The customer can bring it himself or rentit. Rental costs will be presented at time of reservation. The linen request must be made when booking, changed weekly mandatory. Kitchen-linen are not available.
Is the kitchenette equipped with everything needed to cook?
Yes, in the kitchen you find everything you need for cooking: pots, pans, pots, plates, cups, cutlery, etc ..., all in adequate amounts to the maximum number of persons who may occupy the house. Obviously the kitchen is a second home for holidays, this is the required standard. For questions, ask the operator.
Is there a television in the apartment?
Always check the presence of television or other accessories in the card details of each apartment.
Remember that the TV in your home can be with digitale terreste or satellite. There is no pay tv. As a result, some programs may be encrypted. Always ask the operator for any questions.
Is there a washing machine in the apartment?

The machine, when specified "to share", means that has to be shared use with more apartments, it is usually located in a position of common and open access. Always ask the operator for any questions.
Has the house got a parking space?
You will find all the information about the parking space, and any other details, in the detailed information of each apartment. If the parking place is something necessary, please ask the operator. Sometimes parking spaces do not fit big cars such as large SUVs or any other large vehicle.
At what time do I check in and check out?
The reception is established at the following hours: the arrivals will be between 17.00 pm and 20.00 pm, and the departure by 10.00. Should you wish your house to be ready prior to noon on your day of arrival or available after 10 am for an afternoon or evening departure, when booking you could book from the day before your arrival until the day after departure. So you have no time constraints.
Will someone take me to the apartment?
Our staff will be happy to take guests to the apartment after the reception in our office.
My ship arrives late in the evening, will you welcome us at night?
There are no problems for the reception late in the night. At the time of booking we require the time and place of arrival in Sardinia in order to better organize the reception. You will always find someone to accompany you home after the closure of the office. You have to pay extra for overnight arrivals as specified in the lease conditions.
Can I host friends for the night?
It is not allowed to accommodate a different number of people than those agreed on booking. Each new arrival, if compatible with the availability of beds places in the house, should be communicated to the responsible personnel. Are permitted visits by external people but just throughout the day.
I have a pet, can I take it with us?
Pets must be reported at the time of your request, so the operator can help you find a home where pets are welcome. Not all apartments are pets friendly, is always at the discretion of the owner. The Agency reserves the right to refuse entry into the house when pets had not been reported.
